Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend Alex. Myself, my mom, and my husband have been seeing him for over 10 years and have not once had a bad thing to say about him or his work. We now live out of town, but if we are ever in Gainesville we HAVE to see him & he always manages to squeeze us in his schedule. His work is exceptional and you most definitely get your moneys worth!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've been seeing Alessandro off and on for nearly a decade (he was at Bower's previously) and he is now a monthly staple in my overall health.

Alex provides the Brazilian jujitsu of massages as he has great knowledge of the body and best position to isolate the problem muscle. He will stretch you deeply, do traction, massage, and mix movement into his massages. Sometimes he will apply constant pressure while moving your body part through its range of motion. Some stretches cause audible cracks in the affected area so you also get chiropractic-like relief as well.

It is refreshing to experience a health practitioner at the top of their profession, always learning/growing and putting that vast experience into the betterment of the lives of their clients.

Alessandro has a unique style (never experienced anything similar) and you're definitely getting your money's worth (massage, meditation, chiropractic-level relief, yoga, deep stretching, and seemingly endless knowledge). Book with him and thank me later.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Alex pays attention to detail when adjusting various parts of the body and stretching or massaging based on what’s needed, and in a way that can actually help your pain points feel of pain. I have chronic neck and back pain, Alex has helped me tremendously. My experience here felt very therapeutic and would provide lasting results for the next few weeks. Also nice quiet environment.
