About Alex
With 20 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist and over 20,000 hours of hands-on practice, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people heal, recover, and push their physical boundaries. My work blends deep knowledge of connective tissue and joint manipulation, neuromuscular therapy, and sports massage to create personalized treatments that optimize mobility, speed up recovery, and elevate athletic performance.
Throughout my journey, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life, including elite athletes from around the world. I served as one of the official volunteer massage therapists at the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, and most recently, I’ve had the honor of working with several members of the University of Florida swimming team—including Joshua Liendo, Olympic silver medalist in the 100-meter butterfly at the 2024 Games in France.
